We celebrated our anniversary here, and it was a wonderful experience. When we arrived, we were handed glasses of brut to welcome us to the restaurant. They had so many drink options that it was hard to choose which to try. The food consists of small, sharable plates. Everything we had was delicious, and our server was fantastic. We spent about $150 after tax (before tip) and it was well worth it for such a lovely experience. I’m certain we’ll be back.

My favorite bar in NWA! The experience of entering through a secret door, greeted with champagne and being seated was very well executed. The menu is thoughtfully curated and illustrated. The glassware is all really fun and unique, we loved seeing other drinks coming out for tables around us, as well as our own! Beautiful and tasty drinks, some with a touch of theatrics in the best way. Our waiter was super friendly, the environment was upscale without being pretentious and still a lot of fun. It’s one of a kind in the state of Arkansas and can’t be missed!

The food was superb — every dish was flavorful and beautifully done. The whole concept of a restaurant tucked inside a little art shop/gallery is such a vibe. You walk through and suddenly you're in this chic, stylish dining space that feels special from the moment you sit down. The service was fantastic, warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The drink menu was large but easy to navigate, and every cocktail we tried was spot-on and delicious. It was lively inside (a little noisy), but still totally easy to talk and hear each other. Overall, such a fun, memorable spot. Can’t wait to go back. ✨

Everything about this bar is and was perfect. From the execution, to the decorations, the organization of the bar, the service and drinks. I hope this place stays open and has success for many years. Every single drink tastes amazing with a beautiful presentation!! There was not one drink that was disliked by our group. The service is amazing, the bottles behind the bartenders on the shelves are even organized perfectly. Everything is so clean and in its place, the decorations are beautiful. All of the staff is so respectful, professional, inviting, fun and working the entire time. Saw no workers on their phones and all were all contributing to the service. This will 100% a bar that I recommend (have already recommended) and will continue to come back to.

If you're looking for a spot that feels like a hidden gem, Callisto is it. The atmosphere is incredible—perfect for a date night or nice girls night. The lighting is dim in the best way possible, and the attention to detail in the decor really transports you. Definitely will be back!

From the moment I walked into the gallery, I felt welcomed. The conversation was engaging, warm, and genuinely pleasant — such a refreshing start to the evening. Upon entering Callisto, my party was greeted with complimentary champagne, which immediately set the tone for a luxe, celebratory experience. Emma, our waitress, was absolutely amazing — fun, upbeat, attentive, and effortlessly in tune with our table’s vibe. She truly enhanced the night. The food and drinks? 10/10 across the board. I ordered the F Spot, and it came garnished with a Polaroid — such a creative, custom touch that made the experience feel intentional and memorable. This wasn’t just dinner; it was an experience. I will absolutely be patronizing this business again and again.

First time coming here was absolutely amazing. The service was incredible! We sat at the bar and were greeted by all three bartenders within the first ten minutes. Gabriel, Cameron and Guíele all had great recommendations and were very thorough walking us through there drink menu. We ended up talking with Braxton to tell him how happy we were with the service and atmosphere. Later we found out he was a co-owner putting in work to greet customers and buss tables. 10/10 could not recommend enough!!!

We saw Callisto mentioned on social media and knew that we needed to try it out. We were able to easily schedule a time online and our wait in the "gallery" was maybe ~10 minutes. The gallery is much smaller than I anticipated, which makes it much more suspicious than I would have expected. But the whole process was pretty fun. The drinks were really good, and the service was fantastic. We did get some appetizers to snack on while we sat with our drinks. The food was all excellent. There was a lot of detail put into the atmosphere here. From the decorations, to the music, and the utensils, it was all very details and fit perfectly. We had a great time and will be recommending it to others!

Callisto is my all time favorite place in Bentonville!! It’s without a doubt a must do when visiting the area or perfect for a fun night with friends. The service and atmosphere exceed every expectation. The menu is carefully crafted, fresh, and truly delicious. So much care and detail is given to each and every guest. Always a phenomenal time!!

I found Callisto on Instagram and knew we had to try it. I loved the concept and the speakeasy vibe from the start. You enter through a gallery to check in and since we had reservations our wait was only about five minutes. From there, you’re led through a hidden entrance and greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne. We ordered four cocktails (the Lehua Flower, Tears of Bacchus, Loose Cannon, and Hawaiian Sunset) as well as the ceviche, caviar, and strip steak skewers. Everything was delicious! The drinks were creative and strong, the food was excellent, and our waitress was fantastic. The atmosphere perfectly matched the tropical, rainforest-inspired theme and made for a really unique experience. If you’re looking for great cocktails, great service, and a fun night out, I highly recommend checking out Callisto! Definitely worth the visit, we will be back.
